Do you think it's possible to make a feature, that when you press Win+Alt+S multiple times it will cascade the current window?

I find myself using Win+Alt+S to put up a window on my second monitor while I already have a window that was put there by Win+Alt+S. Do you think it's possible to cascade the 2 windows?
Or it would be better/easyer if you press Win+Alt+S again, it will make it 75% and put it like 10 pixels off in diagonal from the first window. And so on...
