I'm using DF Pro 5.1.1 with three monitors in landscape, landscape and portrait, left to right. I have wallpaper set up to display a different image on each screen (even though I'm using the same boring image on each right now).

When I switch the the primary monitor from one monitor to another (eg centre landscape to right portrait), the wallpapers become misaligned. In order to fix it, I need to simply reapply the wallpaper settings. This happens if I switch between some saved monitor profiles, or if I manually switch the primary monitor in DF Monitor Config.

Naturally not a deal-breaker as there's an easy fix, but it's bothersome to manually reapply the settings when DF could be doing that for me!

inside Monitor Configuration you can choose Manage Monitor Profiles... from there I was able to assign Wallpaper Profiles (you need to make these too) to each Monitor Profile that I have. Furthermore you can assign Desktop Icon Profiles... It all works pretty neatly :) took me a while to figure it all out but DF has continued to impress me the more I become familiar with it.

You can also have DisplayFusion automatically do the re-apply (like you were doing manually) by enabling the two options shown in the attached screenshot :)
