Hi there, I'm a new DisplayFusion Pro user. I'm loving it for the most part, but I'm having trouble with Chrome application shortcuts on the secondary DF taskbar. I searched through the forums, but I couldn't get a clear answer on whether this is supposed to work or not:

I'm trying to pin an application shortcut to the DF taskbar (in addition to having just the normal Chrome web browser shortcut pinned), like so:

This appears to work at first glance. I see the Chrome icon on the DF taskbar, and I also see the separate icon for the Spotify Web Player application shortcut. But when I click the Spotify app shortcut on the taskbar, it opens into a third Chrome taskbar item instead of opening as the app shortcut:

Is this a known bug? Or am I doing something wrong? I'm using DisplayFusion Pro v5.1.1 on Windows 8.1. Thanks in advance.

It's not so much a bug, as it is functionality we haven't been able to implement yet. In order to combine the running Chrome App Shortcuts with their pinned button our taskbar, we need to do some tricky stuff with AppIDs, and we haven't had a chance to work it all out yet. It is on our list though, and we'll certainly let you know as soon as we're able to implement it :)

Thanks!

Starting with 7.0 Beta 2, the Chrome app windows will now get separate buttons on the DisplayFusion taskbar :)
