As per this thread, this is something that DisplayFusion seems to want to be working. While using Nvidia surround and virtually split monitors, chrome only maximizes using windowed mode.

Now this wouldn't be an issue, outside of the fact that when in this mode, Chrome has a much larger title bar above the tabs, which seems to glitch out when using DisplayFusion at some points.

That's correct, we've made it so that the windows stay in windowed mode, and just get constrained to the split. When we were treating them as maximized and constraining them to the split, we ran into a lot of issues with certain applications.

Could you provide some more details on the issue of the tabs "glitching out?"
