chrome titlebar buttons need adjusted.

i have tried to manually adjust them via compatibility but its not working and i think thats because there are some hard coded settings? anyways on non maximized chrome windows the titlebar buttons need to be centered as it sits too high in the titlebar. if maximized the titlebar buttons seem to be fine on chrome.

The problem with Chrome normally is that when it's not maximized, the titlebar area is very short, so if you have tabs all the way across, our TitleBar Buttons need to be higher up to not interfere with the tabs.

Your screenshot looks like a Chrome App window without the tabs. I'm not sure if we can differentiate between the two, but I will put this on our list for further investigation.

i actually get the opposite situation for windows apps. like the store or settings, or one note on win 10. when maximize the icons are no longer centered.

Ah yep, regular Win32 windows shrink their titlebars when maximized, but it looks like the Universal apps don't. I'll add that to our list. Thanks!
