Hello. When I use split monitor configuration chrome windows is not maximized. It looks almost maximized but leaves a few pixels on top. This makes switching tabs very inconvenient.
If I move mouse on top, I see resize cursor and can’t select a tab.
I tried version 9.9 and 10.0 (Beta 11). I am using Windows 11.
