I'm running v5.1.1 and now (perhaps with a recent Chrome update) if I run a YouTube video fullscreen on monitor #2, I get a taskbar item that displays on monitor #1 (in addition to the one already present on monitor #2)
I'm pretty sure this wasn't happening before and I think a Chrome update may have broken this fix.
I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and Chrome v32.0.1700.76m. I have four monitors.

I'm having this issue with Chrome as well.
Both fullscreen on youtube and twitch.tv, so it's not isolated to just youtube fullscreen.
This seems to be fixed in the latest version of Chrome. Can you confirm?

I've started using Opera and it has this same issue.
I'm using Opera Developer 27.0.1689.2 (http://www.opera.com/developer) which is based on Chromium 40.0.2202.3. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

Tested and confirmed, we'll let you know if/when we're able to get that fixed up.
Thanks!

This issue appears to have returned. when watching youtube in full screen on a 2nd monitor clicking back on the primary pops the start menu over the youtube video.
I am not sure if it was the latest version of chrome or the fact I moved to 64-bit chrome.
Chrome version: Version 50.0.2661.94 m (64-bit)
Display Fusion Version: 8.0 (Beta 5)

Correction.
It only appears to occur if you click directly from the full screen youtube video over to another chrome window. It doesn't seem to occur if the target window is another process.
Not sure if this is a problem for Display fusion or chrome itself with its focus.
