I have been trying to come up with a way to be able to click a button on a certain 3rd party website, then when the subsequent browser page loads, I would like for it to jump to a secondary monitor.

The second page is not always the exact same URL, but the first portion of the URL does remain consistent.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Does the page title always stay the same? Also, is the page opening in a new window, or the existing window?

The page opens in the existing window. Prior to the button click, the page title is "Envelopes | DocuSign". After the button click, it is simply "DocuSign".

Ah ok, it might be possible if it opens in a new window, but definitely not if it just opens in the same window.

Rats.

Good to know though. Thanks for the info!

No worries! To clarify, if it were to open in a new window, you could setup a Trigger rule for the browser, and specify the page title in the "Window Text" match condition. More info on Trigger rules here: Working with Triggers
