When i click on the start button in the display fusion taskbar in monitor 1, any full screen window on monitor 2 loses focus, how do i stop this from happening?

That's actually the expected behaviour, because the Start menu gets focus when it opens. The same would happen if you had a window focused on monitor 2, and clicked the Start button on the Windows taskbar. What issue is this causing for you?

I'd like to be able to watch netflix on one monitor and play with the taskbar on the 2nd monitor without netflix closing and opening and losing focus, is it possible to make it so that messing around with the taskbar does not effect the other monitor?

You can try setting a key combination on the Prevent Window Deactivation function (Settings > Functions tab) and then running that on the Netflix window. That will prevent it from receiving the "focus lost" message when you click on something else. It can cause some weird side effects though, so I can't say 100% whether that will be a good workaround.

Other than that, there wouldn't be a way to prevent the focus from switching when clicking on another taskbar, no. Sorry!

I tried that method, i also tried "run window always on top"...

It does not work as long as the window is maximized. As soon as I put the window in full screen and hit the windows start menu button it's automatically minimized no matter what.

Ok, unfortunately there aren't any other ways that I can think of to do that then :(

Sorry!
