I run my second taskbar as transparent, and since update 9.9 (also tried the latest beta version), the clock has a weird black outline that can't be changed. Rolling back to 9.8 fixes it.
I am having the same issue.
In the Windows Settings > Colours, if you disable "Transparency Effects", it should fix that up.
We also have this on our list to look into.
Thanks!

Unfortunately it didn't fix it

On a separate note I also seem to now be missing the "show hidden icons" arrow on the 2nd taskbar
EDIT: After updating Windows and restarting the arrow seems to be back. But the weird shadow/outline persists when taskbar is set to translucent

Thanks Owen. I have attached the troubleshooting info. As mentioned, it was working prefectly on v9.8

Thanks for sending that over. Are you using any other 3rd party tools to make your taskbar transparent?

I was using TranslucentTB previously to make my main taskbar transparent, and then the setting on DisplayFusion to make its taskbar transparent in order to get both transparent. But I had to format last night as my SSD died and don't have translucentTB installed and the still get the same black outline on my 2nd taskbar.
