I dowloaded the DF software on to my Surface Pro 3 and would like to know how to clone my Surface screen on two additional monitors
If your hardware supports it, you can set cloning in the DisplayFusion Monitor Configuration window by changing it from "Enabled" to "Enabled and cloned with monitor X".

i tried this however the only option I have is to clone onto screen 2 or clone onto screen 3. i would like to clone on both screen 2 and 3

Your hardware likely doesn't support it then, are you able to clone all 3 in the Windows Display Settings?
