This is an unfortunate situation in Windows XP, that doesn't happen in Vista or Windows 7. This is a limitation of how Windows XP treats the console windows. They run in a protected process that the DisplayFusion hooks can't touch, so DisplayFusion doesn't know when the window is being dragged. The only solution is to upgrade to Windows 7, or survive with laggy TitleBar Buttons.
