My guess is No since it's not a display function, nor does DisplayFusion seem to have any functions related to keyboard usage. But, I figured I'd try asking to be sure.
So the way I use DisplayFusion for games is that I make a trigger for each game and add two functions, Move to Selected Monitor, and Prevent Window Deactivation. That way I can play games on my TV while still using my main monitor for browsing. Prevent Window Deactivation is also means that it will keep detecting my controller even when a different tab is highlighted, so I can continue playing after looking something up on a browser without even having to click the game window again.
This works great 90% of the time but the slight downside to using Prevent Window Deactivation is that there are some games that will continue to also read keyboard input, meaning that I'll be typing on my browser while ALSO pressing game keys without meaning to. For these games I just don't use that function, but I was wondering if it would be possible to instead add some kind of "Ignore keyboard input for this process" function. Is that something DisplayFuison would be capable of, and if so, something I could beg someone to write a function for?
Unfortunately this isn't something DisplayFusion supports, and it's a bit outside of our scope.
Sorry!
