Hi there, I have display fusion for steam and have used the program for a good while. recently since I've started trying to use a folder of images as a slideshow. display fusion opens thousands of helper processes that do not fold under a tree of processes. it is getting to a point where its almost consuming all my ram. along with this, my computer runs 24/7 as a media server. is there any way to stop these from remaining open. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

That's definitely not normal! Do you have the Windows Logon feature in the DisplayFusion Settings > Enabled? That should be using a helper process to set the lock screen image, but the helper process should terminate as soon as it's done.

Would you be able to send me a debug log? Here are the steps:
  • On the Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L2: Log Detailed"
  • Restart DisplayFusion
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Send us the DisplayFusion.log and DebugInfo.html files (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

I've created a log file, yet I do not know when it happens as I normally wake up to it. although it doesn't seem to be doing it currently after I've messed with some settings. but it decided to consume a lot of my ram. I'll update you if it happens overnight.
