This is the error message I'm getting, but I have no idea what other software utilizes it. I'm using windows 11 pro 24H2.

I believe Windows has reserved that hotkey in 24H2 unfortunately

Do you know "how" it's reserved? Is it in the registry or some other way that can overridden?
