The icon is on the task bar and it works when I click on it to switch between monitors, but if I try the use the shortcut combination CTRL-WIN-X it does not work. Anyone else have that problem? Win 7 Pro 64 pc.

I figured it out. My wife dusted my keyboard a few days ago and flipped a switch that prevents using the "WIN" key when gaming. Works like it used to now.
