Everytime I set my background it resets to black after 10-15 minutes. I don't know where to start to begin troubleshooting, but I never had the issue in the trial version, only after I paid for it.

After it's gone to black, could you attach a copy of your troubleshooting info?
  • Open the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the Copy to Clipboard button
  • Open Notepad, paste the text, and save the file
  • Reply with the text file attached

Thanks!

Are your backgrounds being stored through OneDrive? I had a very similar issue a while back, until I made my wallpaper folders available offline.

This fixed the issue, but I don't know if that's the actual fix for the issue, or just a workaround.

Sorry, I've been away from my computer for the past two days. Here is the troubleshooting log.

Thanks! It looks like the wallpaper was blanked out by some other program. Unfortunately it's not possible for DisplayFusion to tell which program cleared the wallpaper. However, if you enable the two options in the attached screenshot, DisplayFusion will automatically re-apply the wallpaper whenever this happens.

Hope that helps!
