Desktop context menu does not appear

I have the option to display the context menu turned on, but the menu does not appear. I'm on Windows 10.

Can you give the new DisplayFusion 7.3 Beta 4 a try and let me know if it helps you at all? Also, which context menu are you referring to? The taskbar jump lists or something else?
