Desktop fusion second task bar shuts down whenever the monitors close and now the alt-tab isn't working properly, phantasy star online 2 and other games aren't showing when I click alt-tab.

I am using "Show on Primary Monitor Only, Show All Windows" settings for alt-tab, tried others but issue persist.
