Running Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100.2605
Suddenly my desktop icons get split between monitors at start up.
I can of course correct this with my Desktop Icon Profile, but I'd like to find out why it happens and put a stop to it.
Autoarrange and Align to grid are switched off.

It's likely due to Windows shuffling the icons when the work area changes, which happens when DisplayFusion adds it's taskbars. If you close and re-launch DisplayFusion, does the same thing happen?

I'm not sure what you mean by "Windows shuffling the icons when the work area changes".
The problem occurs at Windows start up.

It doesn't happen if you just restart DisplayFusion?

It only happens when Windows starts.

Ah okay, I'm not too sure what would cause that then, maybe monitor ID's changing on boot or something? There isn't much we can do from our end if it's happening without DisplayFusion running though

I didn't think that Display Fusion was the problem, I posted in this forum because I was sure to find multiple monitor users and hoped that someone might have experienced a similar issue.
