Despite having the setting selected, multi-monitor taskbars do not appear. A few other things appear wonky as well, like the DF-controlled Bubbles screensaver: The background is suddenly gray, and the bubbles are much larger. My keystrokes are extreeemely slow as well.

I had no compatibility settings in place that I was aware of. I reverted to a previous beta version, and the same issue occurred. I rebooted, reinstalled the new beta, and the issue is now resolved. I appreciate your looking into it!
