Hi,

YES, I use AOL...laff away...am entrenched and also many of my clients use it so it helps if I do also.

Anyhow, Recent versions of AOL 9.6 & 9.7 apparently have issues with DF 3.4 (and perhaps other recent) where I try to start the AOL installer, and it begins to run, but then says Install client has stopped working (Details indicates some AppCrash within User32.dll I run Windows 7 Pro.... Or as the installer starts, it flashes a couple boxes on screen and terminates (crashes).

I hit on this by trial and error trying to upgrade to 9.7 and then trying to re-install 9.6 which worked in Safe Mode, but showed the above error in normal mode. I tried clean booting and finally hit on the DF conflict.

I was only able to find AOL 9.0. Do you have a link or a copy of the 9.7 installer handy?

Hi,
I usually get it at www.aol.com and then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and there is a link to AOL Downloads, somewhat towards the left-hand corner of the page.

Thank you for looking into this.

Found it, tested, and confirmed the issue. We'll see what we can do to get it fixed up.

Thanks!

Just a quick update, DisplayFusion 3.5 Beta 11 (renamed to 4.0.0 Beta 11) is now available and should fix this issue :)

Thanks!
