1) CPU usage increases from usual 1 to 5% to 30 to 55% on Win 7/I7 machine ... all cores seem affected to some extent. Closing and restarting DF returns usage to normal for indeterminate time when it increases again.
2) Title bar buttons become flaky... not appearing, appearing after delay, remaining on left monitor when window is moved to the right,
title bar double click doesn't work ... Again, closing and restarting fixes all.

I'll keep it running and try to pay more attention to when the above occur.

The same for me. I didnt check the CPU usage, but the double click and the icon in the wrong task bar are there after the update, and after a restart they gop back to the right place.

I removed the 3.5.0 beta1 and reverted to 3.4.1. The extreme CPU use by DF continued. Looking back, it seemed that the beta install of DF was followed closely by an update to the taskbar program BINS. I remembered that there was an issue with DF and Fences ... Bins is from the same author. I uninstalled Bins and DF 3.4.1 has returned to its normal CPU use. So I'm going to reinstall the 3.5 Beta 1 without Bins and see what happens.

@Razooli: Interesting! Please let me know how it goes.

@Marcelo: Would you also happen to have Bins installed?

Only been a couple of hours, but so far so good. Haven't seen DF use more than 2%, most of the time less than 1%. I'll let you know if anything changes. Going back to 7Stack for pinned taskbar icon grouping ... had that running for a long time with no problems before I switched to Bins

@Razooli: Thanks for following up, glad to hear it's working now! I'll make a note to test out Bins to see if there's some kind of incompatibility that we can resolve.

@Marcelo: Is this issue (taskbar icons on the wrong taskbar) occurring with any programs in particular?

It's been almost 2 full days and DF CPU use has remained quite normal. For the record, the first version of Bins I used was Bins.9*** something, a Beta I believe, and I didn't notice any interference with DF. It was after I updated to v. 1.0.0.191 that the problems started.

hey now that you pointed, yes I saw this problem with two programs: Feedreader 3.14 (when minimizing it goes to another task bar) and Essential PIM Pro 4.53 goes to the primary monitor after minimize it in the secondary one.

Ok, thanks Marcelo! I'll test these two apps out and if I can reproduce it, we'll see if we can fix it up.

Thanks!

@Marcelo: I've confirmed the issue with the taskbar buttons for those programs, and we'll hopefully have it fixed up for the next beta.

Thanks!

@Marcelo: The taskbar buttons for those programs should be all fixed up in DisplayFusion 3.5 Beta 3 (released today).

Thanks!
