I think I have seen this before, but after right-clicking the tray icon and selecting about, DF doesn't display anything and I see a background wait cursor for a few seconds. Then second time I do this, the Settings dialog appears on the about tab. When I click OK and try again, the same thing happens - a few seconds of background wait cursor, and no About screen.

Hmm, well this time the about screen display after I finished typing this post and saving it - at least 30 seconds later. That's a bit slow on my PC.
