Hello,
When I click the Monitor Selector in the title bar it shows the monitors and then goes away, I can't select the monitor to move the window. I just noticed this in beta 4.

A little more info...
A reboot fixed the issue somewhat, it monitor selection still flashes and disappears about half the time, the other half it works as expected. Before I rebooted it disappeared every time. I think this was the first reboot since b4 installed.

I can't seem to reproduce this issue here when I test with your monitor layout. Would you be able to backup your settings and send them to me? (Settings > Options > Export)

Settings attached.
Issue seems to be more apparent on Outlook. If I click the title bar then the monitor selector the often the selector window appears briefly then disappears. It may disappear 3 clicks in a row and then stick.
