My wife is an aspiring photographer and uses PS CS3 in depth. We currently have dual monitors that run different resolutions and have been "calibrated" with Spyder3Pro. My question is, will DF Free work without affecting the calibration adjustment for each monitor? If any additional info is required, please let me know. BTW, I did try the search button.

Thanks, Tom

When you say calibration what exactly do you mean? The offest between the monitors?
If so then no, DF should not screw that up. I know for a fact that if you set window offset in windows itself it will not mess with it, the same should apply with Spyder3pro if it is doing something similar.

If it is doing something else you will have to be more specific.

One issue that can be raised concerning photoshop and editing: The short lag as DF changes the wallpaper. This isn't a feature in the free version however. It seems like you just want two different images. This is solely from the image cycling feature of DF pro, and at that isn't that great an issue I just thought I would let you know. All it is is a quick lag of the screen as the image changes, nothing major.

DisplayFusion doesn't install any drivers, and doesn't mess with any video or monitor settings. You don't have to worry about it affecting any calibration adjustments you have made. :)

Thanks for the info Jon,.

Pyro - see http://spyder.datacolor.com/product-mc-s3pro.php - think of it as color profiles on steroids with other things in the mix....
