If I set Multi-Monitor Taskbar->Size->Custom to any size, the taskbar disappears.
I have to choose reset all taskbars to make them come back.
Also, taskbars are set to 100% opaque but you can still see thru them a little.
Brand new install on Windows 10 Pro.
I've used DF Pro for years on my old Windows 7 workstation.

For the custom sizing issue, could you try to update to our latest beta and see if the issue persists? Here's the link: https://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/
Just an FYI if you have some custom settings in Display Fusion that you would like to keep, you can export them in the options tab.
For the opaque issue, if you head to Window Settings > Personalization > Colours > Disable transparency effects, this should fix it up.
