This applies to Wiindows 7 SP1 x64 and x86 Professional with DF V4.0.0. Beta 11.
When I added http://www.bing.com to the DF taskbar, the IE9 icon for Bing.com did not display properly in the task bar. When I moved the icon up one position, the IE9 icon changed to CCleaner which was the last icon in the taskbar prior to adding Bing.com.
I first noticed this issue in Beta 10, but decided to not report it until Beta 11 just to see if it still occurred in Beta 11....which it does.
The video shows this bug.

Strange! Could you enable debug logging on the Troubleshooting tab? Please set it to Logging: Important Only, and then try to move or re-create the shortcut. I'd like to see if it's failing to load the Bing favicon from the website.
After you've re-created the issue, please attach a copy of the %APPDATA%\DisplayFusion\DisplayFusion.log file (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab).
Thanks!

With Beta 13, I tested on Windows 7 SP1 x64 and x86 Professional. The problem appears to be resolved.
Thanks very much.
