This is on Windows 8 Pro, DF V5.0.0.0.B7, Classic Shell V3.6.5
The custom start orb on the DF taskbar is a smaller size than on the primary monitor. The orb is a .png. The monitors are the same size and the screen resolution is 1680x1050 on both. Dell UltraSharps.

Ah ok, wasn't sure if you were using Classic Shell or something else. I believe we'll have this all fixed up for Beta 8. I'll post an update when it's available.

Could you attach a new screenshot? I've tested your Marvin Start button on my system, and the one on the DisplayFusion taskbar is only 2px smaller than the one on the Windows taskbar.

Ouch. I've removed ClassicShell and installed StartIsBack which meets my needs as far as its objective to bring back the Start Menu. However, I removed ClassicShell after beta 8 was released. And the Marvin the Martian start orb did not change in size on the DF taskbar. It was the same size as the pic initially posted on this thread.
Hopefully DF will be able to duplicate the StartIsBack start orb into the DF taskbar.
