Windows 8 x64 Professional:
Here are a couple of display bugs with Beta 9 and StartIsBack.

ASUS home built Pc on Windows 10 x64 Pro with 3 Dell U2719D monitors. Dell XPS 8940SE on Windows 11x64 Pro with 2 Dell U2719D monitors.

Beta 10 corrects the StartIsBack start menu opening behind the DF taskbar. However there are still some the items opening on the primary monitor.

Thanks for the update! Hadn't had a chance to do the follow-ups for Beta 10 yet

Unfortunately we can't have those menu items automatically move as they don't generate a new window notification when they're launched
