This is on Windows 8.1.u1 x64 Professional with DisplayFusion V6.0.07 and Start Menu X V5.16. The DF task bar is position vertical left.

The Start Menu X start menu opens behind the DF taskbar. See Pic

We've just released a new DisplayFusion beta version (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/) and this issue should be all fixed up. Please let us know if you run into any trouble after updating.
