This applies to Windows 10 x64 Professional, Evaluation Copy 11082, DF V8.0 B1 and B2. My system has 3 monitors (3-2-1) with monitor 2 being my primary monitor. It is a Dell P2714T Touch Screen.

- With DisplayFusion not running the touch screen monitor works fine.
- I first discovered this problem after downloading/install Evaluation Build 11082 of Windows 10 x64 Pro.

Problem: When I use a touch function on the P2714T screen, whatever I am attempting to execute via touch does not work. Instead, the notification tray on all monitors "squeezes together", I get a sound like I am connecting a USB device to a USB port. In about 3 seconds, the notification trays go back to normal, and I get another sound as if I disconnected a USB device.

I have attached a detailed log file that covers an example of the failure.
I am also attaching a MP4 video that shows the notification tray and provides the sounds that I get when attempting to use the P2714T touch screen as a touch screen.

So simply exiting DisplayFusion will resolve this issue? That's really strange! The log shows that Windows is sending a WM_DEVICEGHANGE message, meaning that a device was added or removed from the system. To be totally honest, I have no idea how DisplayFusion could affect that. If you disable the hooks (Settings > Advanced Settings), then restart DisplayFusion, does that make any difference?

This is turning out to be something other than DisplayFusion. I can shutdown DF and it will go away for awhile, but then randomly occurs again. I can uninstall DF and it will still occur randomly. I've got to look elsewhere for the culprit. Sorry about the false alarm. :o

I found that moving the USB connection that is required for touch implementation on the Dell P2714T touch screen monitor to a different USB port on the computer solved the problem. It forced the various drivers to rebuild and that appears to have fixed it.
