I am running Windows 10x64 Build 18362.116 V1903 with three monitors in configuration 3-2-1. Since the release of DF 9.5, the wallpapers no longer automatically change. They did change automatically during the beta releases of DF 9.5 and previous versions.
I uninstalled and re-installed DF 9.5. This did not resolve the issue. The wallpapers will change manually. I also changed the frequency to 5.0 minutes which did not correct anything.
Please assist in correcting this problem

Could you try changing the interval to 1 minute, then save and close the wallpaper window, wait 3 or 4 minutes and send me a new copy of the debug log?

Here are the 2 logs you requested with a 1.0 minute interval.
Please note that I am now running Windows 10x64 18362.146 V1903 following the MS update yesterday.
Also note, that DF 9.5 does not honor the setting to update the wallpaper after my 1 minute day setting on a system reboot.

Thanks! It looks like it's at least trying to set the wallpaper. If you go to the following folder, does the Wallpaper_1.png (or Wallpaper_2.png) file match what's shown in the DisplayFusion Wallpaper window, but not the actual desktop?
%localappdata%\DisplayFusion

Yes, they match.
But let me state that is also what is on the desktop. (I believe this is from a manual request by to change the wallpaper.)

Ok, thanks for checking that! I noticed an error in the log related to the Image Info not being able to read some data from the file. If you disable Image Info for all of the monitors, does the wallpaper then change correctly?

It turns out that there is some type of conflict between DF changing wallpapers and Malwarebytes V3.7.1.2839.586 in the Ransomware protection module. If I turn off that protection module, DF successfully changes the wallpapers again. I will submit a problem report to MBAM technical support.
However, the startup delay still does not work in advanced settings.

If you disable that Advanced Setting it changes successfully on startup?

In the Desktop Wallpaper > Wallpaper Settings, is the "Autofix the wallpaper" option enabled?

Malwarebytes technical support instructed me to put the C:\Progam Files (x86)\DisplayFusion entire folder in the MBAM exclusion list...which I did. With all MBAM protection active, DF successfully changes wall papers automatically. Consider resolved please.
