I use vertical taskbars on my Win10 machine.

A minor annoyance with the DF taskbar is the little underline icons still appear under the icons, when on the vanilla taskbar they are moved to the side. Underlines on a vertical taskbar are much harder to read compared to the sideways ones.

Also the start menu tends to open in the wrong place.

The first issue is on our list, so I've added your info. Regarding the Start menu issue, does it open and then move to the correct spot, or does it stay in the wrong spot? If it's staying in the wrong spot, could you send a debug log?
  • On the Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal"
  • Restart DisplayFusion
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Send us the DisplayFusion.log and DebugInfo.html files (can be found by clicking the Open Log button on the Troubleshooting tab)
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

We've just released a new DisplayFusion beta version (http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/) and vertical taskbar issue should be all fixed up. Please let us know if you run into any trouble after updating.

Thanks!
