Three monitor system, center as primary. Some applications are supposed to open on non-primary monitors, and prior to v7b8 they did (no window location rule). Now all windows open on primary monitor.
On the DisplayFusion Settings > Window Management tab, is the "Move new application windows to current monitor" option enabled? If so, could you try disabling it?

That did the trick. I read in another thread that this was a new feature/option. Might be better to leave this disabled by default so as to maintain current behavior.
