Different wallpapers on 2 monitors ... not working

I noticed recently (~2 weeks or so) that I'm not getting two different wallpapers across my two monitors. I have verified that I have two wallpapers loaded (see pic), yet I see the same wallpaper on both monitors (see pic).

If you do a full reboot and apply the wallpaper again, does that fix it up?
