Is there a way to disable the titlebar buttons on certain applications? With apps that are small like the calculator, they just get in the way and I keep on accidentally hitting them when I try and move the calculator.

There are a couple of things you can do here!
You can use the "TitleBar Buttons: Minimum Window Width" option in the Settings > Advanced Settings window to prevent buttons from being added to windows smaller than a certain value.
Alternatively, you can add a rule on the Settings > Compatibility tab for a specific application, and enable the "Disable TitleBar Buttons (this application)" option in the rule.
