Since a few weeks it almost always takes a view clicks to select a window from the additinal taskbars. I have "Disable Taskbar Background Rendering" set to "Never render the taskbar backgrounds". Once I set it back to "Always render the taskbar background" it works again. I feel like this option also makes the non text part of a Tab in the taskbar also transparent and therefore unclickable. I am running the latest version. See attached file for more info.

I updated to 10.1 (Beta 6) and the issue still persist. I attached a gif of the issue but I think you cannot see it that well.

Strange I can't seem to reproduce that on my end. Could you send me over a debug log? Here are the steps:

  • On the DisplayFusion Settings > Troubleshooting tab, change the Logging drop-down to "L1: Log Minimal" and click Apply
  • Reproduce the issue and note the time so we'll know where to check in the log file
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button on the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Reply with the file attached
  • Disable debug logging after sending the log

I started clicking between taskbar tabs at 2023/07/26 17:46:10 for around 30 seconds.

We've released a new beta that might fix this up, can you try it out and let me know if the issue persists?

OMG I think it works again. I will test it further the next days but so far no more issues.:laugh:

I am so greatful, I believe this is the first time a costumer support ticket I made for any kind of software has made a meaningful change.
