I have a laptop that is connected to an external montior that is larger than the laptop display. I noticed that when dragging a window (non in full screen mode) to and from monitors that display fution will change the size of that window. I don't want it to do this and just leave the window as is. Where is the setting to disable this feature as I looked quite a bit and have been unsuccessful?

I have DisplayFusion Pro 9.9 installed.

Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:

  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached

Thanks! It looks like your monitors are set to different scaling levels in the Windows display settings. One is 100%, the other one is 125%. When dragging applications between monitors of different scaling levels, Windows itself (not DisplayFusion) will resize the window for the new scaling level.

The only workaround there would be to set the monitors to the same scaling level.

Hope that helps!
