I'm hoping sommeone has come across this with Discord or another app. I'm having this issue that seems to be effecting only Discord. If I launch Discord from any DF taskbar that is not on monitor 1. I get a Discord launcher update box that is stuck in a can not update loop (normal if not run in admin, why? idk.) however, if I launch Discord from the start menu on any of the 4 monitors it works correctly. Discord also works correctly from the main monitor taskbar. It is acting as if it is not picking up the run as admin command when launched from any DF taskbar.

Never mind, I knew it would be simple and that I was totally overlooking a setting. Though why its an extra setting now, I'm not sure. Why is this not being picked up from windows?

If you too are ripping your hair out over this. In settings under taskbar. Click on "Taskbar Shortcuts", slect the monitor(s) in question. Find the shortcut that is vexing you, highlight, click edit, check the middle box for yet another run as admin box, then okay/save out and everything is right with the world once more. Aside from the admin icon that is now on the button is boo.

Hi Logi,

That popup is normal for running application as administrator. If you click yes on the box, does the application open?

Thanks!
