Hello!
We have been using Display Fusion in our dispatch center for the last few years, and it has become a great tool for our telecommunicators. We have 17 positions that we use display fusion to split their 55 inch TV into 5 smaller monitors. We have a script that is scheduled on startup that imports the profile into their registry and all has been well for years now. Recently, Display Fusion now longer splits the screens like it used too, we are unable to snap our windows and such things but in monitor configuration it shows our split (see photo attached). Our registry import is still happening as the triggers we set up are still working.

We have tried a fresh install of 9.3, an upgrade to 10.0, and updating the registry after the computer is running but no luck.

Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!

It looks like your splits are being applied in the Monitor Configuration window. Could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:

  • Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
  • Click the "Export Info to File" button
  • Reply with the file attached

Thanks for sending that over, everything looks good there. When you updated to our latest beta, did you delete and recreate your profile? We've re-worked our monitor configuration code, so you'll need to recreate the profile after updating.
