How are the two monitors connected? Are they using wireless display adapters by any chance?

Can't tell right now because I'm not on that specific computer but it's not wireless, for sure.

Ok, when you're on that machine again, could you send me a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:

Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
Click the "Export Info to File" button
Reply with the file attached
