Ever since I upgraded to the licensed steam version I have had issues with google's chrome desktop hangouts app.
it is not displaying my chat list correctly, its disjointed
and the hangouts circle (the one you can drag around) doesn't even show up, its like it is set behind the wallpaper
i can find it if i hover over the location but it is easily lost.
tried uninstalling and reinstalling/updating the app but no dice.

I use the Hangouts app here and haven't run into any trouble. Do you have any Windows Location rules setup that might be affecting Chrome? The Hangouts windows would be affected by any Window Location rule that's for chrome.exe.
