So, I wanted to bring up two things.

[li]Firstly, I'm having an issue with the wallpaper changer when I disable/enable my monitors. Here's the scenario: I've got 2 monitors and 1 36'' HDTV. The setup in my display settings go

Code

[MONITOR 1] | [MONITOR 2 (PRIMARY)] | [MONITOR 3 (TELEVISION)]
. I can only have 2 on at any given time, so it's either:

    or
    http://img200.imageshack.us/img200/7049/monitors2.jpg

at any given time. I find that often times when I disable Monitor 1 and enable Monitor 3, or Vice Versa, I get the following:

I think I explained that ok. If not, I can make something in photoshop. I haven't tried it with Beta 2 specifically yet, but it happened from 3.0.2 up through 3.1B1 and there was no mention of a fix in B2. I'll post back when it's confirmed still happening.

[li]Secondly, the titlebar button issue. I read in another thread that Jon purposefully used the method he did for performance reasons. However, there's reaches a time where it's worth the performance hit for something to look proper. I'm sure many of you here besides me used Ultramon before DF came along in its current state, and the smooth fashion in which the buttons moved with the windows is far preferable to the jaggy, sluggish fashion in which these buttons move. Heck, if I move a window on top of another and off quickly enough, I can see the button not being drawn on the window for a moment. If it at least were only when I moved a window quickly it wouldn't be an issue, but even moving it at a snail's pace the button can't keep up. Perhaps an option could be added to choose.

Ciao! I'll likely be posting more from now on. I tend to just send messages to Jon via twitter because it's easier :v

edit: I'd like to note I did find http://www.binaryfortress.com/Forum/index.php?topic=1028.15 just now regarding the titlebar buttons. I somehow missed it the first 2 times I looked. I kept looking for titlebar-related stuff, not "button issues" :v Sorry for the repost on that portion :(

Addition:
I have no idea what it would entail, but it would be really niec if the custom titlebar buttons had the same sheen when rolled over/clicked as the normal ones. I made a quick little gif to explain what I mean, though the cursor is an overlay from google imagesearch :v I just tweened it, which explains why it only changes on the two buttons I took screenshots of :v

Additionally, adding a delay before the custom tooltip comes up for the titlebar buttons would be nice. It's immediate at the moment

Also, while we're on the subject, the DF buttons scale slightly when pressed, where as the Window's buttons, merely go a shade darker when pressed (second pic).

I have thought about having a "hover" state for the background image. It wouldn't be animated like the native Windows 7 caption buttons, but it would give an indication that the mouse is over a button. I suppose that I should do a "pressed" state as well, instead of the scaling that I currently do now. :)

Starting with Beta 7, it will give better error messages when an image fails to load. Also, the newer betas also have the hover and pressed states now. :) Thanks!
