Edit:
Checking the Checkbox "Allow DisplayFusion to manage the Desktop Wallpaper" in the upper left corner in the "Desktop Wallpaper" Dialogue will fix this issue.
...my bad.

I am having the same issue with Desktop Wallpaper (DisplayFusion Pro 9.1)
I just purchased and installed the latest version of Windows Fences.
As soon as it was installed, one of my monitors went black. I can get it back, but only for a minute, by clicking on Apply on the DisplayFusion Desktop Wallpaper dialogue.
I have the Allow DisplayFusion to manage the Desktop Wallpaper checked.
Thank you for any help.
