I've been using display fusion for a while now, and since v6.0 I seem to get the odd wallpaper that stretches over the first monitor into the second one by an inch or two.
Has anyone else noticed this? Is it a setting I have mistakenly enabled? Something like keeping aspect ratio or something?

Sounds like maybe a resolution change or something could be causing the wallpaper to get applied at the wrong size. If you enable the two options in the attached screenshot, does that help?
