I work on a dual monitor display.

Often if I'm reading a document, I would like to search something on google using a file launcher eg launchy.

The file launcher will load my google search in my browser on the same monitor. This is problematic as it distracts me from the place I was reading my document.

Is it possible to configure DisplayFusion so that it launches any new program or even a specific progam eg chrome browser, on the non active monitor?

I do not want to just set up displayfusion to launch, eg chrome browser, on monitor 2 as sometimes I'm reading a document on monitor 1 and sometimes on monitor 2. I need to lauch the new program in the non active monitor.
