I'm running Windows 7 and I'd like two display profiles:

DVI + DVI
DVI + HDMI

All three monitors are always plugged in but my video card (GTX 480) only supports two outputs to be active at any time so I need to enable/disable certain monitors on-the-fly.

UltraMon supports display profiles. Does DisplayFusion have any similar feature?

DisplayFusion doesn't currently have this feature, but we're working on it for the later 3.4.0 Beta versions.

You can view the progress of the beta versions here: http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/Beta/

Thanks!

It looks like this feature has finally made it!

I'm just curious but when was this added? I don't see it in the change logs...

Ah yes, we added it in the late betas of 3.4. We only show the beta change logs for the current run of betas, and we lumped it in with the Monitor Profiles feature in the change log for 3.4. :)
