I have "Allow the mouse wheel to scroll windows under the mouse cursor that are not in focus" enabled. I have two monitors and am using Excel 365.
When I open a new spreadsheet and move it to the second monitor, if I return to the first monitor with a full screen Excel window open, the scroll wheel scrolls the focused Excel in the second monitor instead of the one under the mouse cursor.
