Is there any way to change the default action for double clicking the tray icon?

Having an option to go to settings (my preference!) or even to auto-change the wallpaper etc would be welcome.

I'd like to add my vote too.

In addition I would like it to be possible to customize left (and right) clicking the tray icon.

Or is it already possible by now?
